OAK HARBOR, Ohio—Self-wound PSA roll label film manufacturer, acpo ltd, introduced a new clear polypropylene overlaminate on a clear polyester release liner. Item N21010 features a clear BOPP with an ultra-clear emulsion acrylic adhesive system designed for smooth application with superior clarity for optimal aesthetics, eliminating the concern for fish eyes and delivering exceptional wet out.
N21010 consists of a 1.0 M clear BOPP non-topcoated face combined with an emulsion acrylic overlaminating adhesive and a 0.92 M polyester liner offering easy release and improved tension control on press. Ideal for booklet applications and dark and metalized substrates, the adhesive is also engineered for short-term re-positionability and excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates. N21010 offers excellent acid, chemical and oil resistance and meets FDA files 21 CFR 175.105 and 21 CFR 177.152. For in-house testing needs, 6 inch sample rolls are available upon request.
