Berlin Packaging Completes Acquisition of All-Pak

CHICAGO—Berlin Packaging, a supplier of plastic, glass, and metal containers and closures, announced that it has completed its acquisition of All-Pak, Inc., a Pittsburgh, PA-based packaging supplier. The acquisition came after Berlin announced a definitive agreement to acquire All-Pak, Inc. in February.

The acquisition brings together two suppliers of rigid packaging products and services. Customers will now have access to a broader network of expertise in personal care, pharmaceutical, lab supplies, food and beverage, chemical and industrial, and dangerous goods packaging. Customers can take advantage of an expanded array of services, including custom packaging design, international sourcing, capital lending, supply chain optimization, inventory management, and assembly.
