KBA Names Exclusive Canadian Distributor

April 20, 2009
KBA North America, a global press manufacturer based in Williston, Vermont, and Dallas, Texas, is expanding its partnership with KBR Graphics Ltd. by naming the Canadian firm as its new exclusive Canadian distribution channel for all KBA sheetfed press products, service, and parts for Canada, excluding British Columbia. KBR will officially take over its new position on May 1, 2009.

“KBA is and will always be firmly committed to its valued Canadian customers,” says Holger Garbrecht, president and CEO of KBA North America. “As I travel throughout Canada, I have always been pleased with KBR and its dedicated employees, its distribution channel, its market success, its strong dedication to superior customer service, and its knowledgeable management team. As we focus our operations in Canada, we are confident that KBR will provide our KBA customers with the dedication, knowledge, and support that they have always demonstrated and will expand KBA’s high level of customer satisfaction.”

After five years of a successful partnership with KBR, KBA believes that its Canadian customers will benefit from the greater dedication and immediate representation of this family-run organization. KBR provides a broad product portfolio and trained personnel and staff located throughout Canada that will ensure all current and future KBA customers experience prosperity for many years to come with the same enthusiasm and commitment given by KBA.

“KBR is proud to expand with KBA,” says Karl Belafi Jr., vice president of KBR Graphics Ltd. “For over 30 years, we’ve grown to become one of the leading suppliers of printing equipment in Canada because we’ve brought our customers the best possible solutions for their printing needs, offering quality equipment with the best results at a reasonable investment. Our partnership with KBA began when we became the eastern Canadian market dealer several years ago. Since then, we’ve been working closely with KBA and we’re pleased to be their exclusive Canadian distribution channel. It will allow us to continue to provide unsurpassed technology, superior service, and a knowledgeable management team to our customer base. We’re proud to be associated with such a fine press manufacturer with the widest array of presses on the market.”

KBR will be expanding its organization by absorbing key KBA personnel to guarantee that existing KBA customers will retain their long-standing relationships with the same knowledge and dedication that has guided them all along.
