BASEL, Switzerland—At Labelexpo Europe in Brussels, the Comco C2 will make its European debut. This arrow and mid-web production system has taken all the expertise of Comco and Mark Andy engineering teams to create what is known as IDrive ; the Intelligent Drive System that combines maximum controllability with simplified operation.
The C2 brings together state-of-the-art flexo technology to the market for labels, flexible packaging, and folding cartons. It is redefining production benchmarks globally and characterized by instant changeovers, virtual offset print quality, and its ergonomic design. The C2’s modular in-line design allows a degree of production flexibility virtually unseen. Designed for the operator, it features ‘plug-and-play’ print and converting units and smooth operating sleeve technology for easy and quick handling of job changeovers.
