Dienes Werke has received this year’s ICE Innovations Award for the development of its Depth Control knife holder with safety depth adjustment system.
This award for new products in the range of slitting and winding technology was handed out to Dienes on the occasion of the International Converting Exhibition from March 27-29 in Munich.
Dienes’ new development of a knife holder with manual depth adjustment is a cost-effective and easy solution for overlap depth adjustment. The depth adjusting wheel simply has to be turned by hand. When the pre-adjusted overlap depth is reached, a visual signal is released indicating the optimum knife adjustment.
