EVERETT—Quik Stik Label Co. – Xygraphix (QSX Labels) recently purchased and installed an OMET Flexy 10´ wide press. The machine adds additional production capacity and features a combination UV/hot air drying system, hot stamp and cold foil capabilities, interchangeable units for flexo and rotary screen, removable cassettes for fast job changes, and 8-color capability.
NEW YORK
ROCHESTER—Diamond Packaging, a high-end printing and packaging company, recently installed an 8-color Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 105 UV-capable press in a double coating configuration with initial flexo dispersion coater and three modular deliveries. The press joins a pressroom lineup that features a 7-color Speedmaster CD 102 UV press and a 6-color Speedmaster CD 102 UV press with double coater.
