Graphics of the Americas and Xplor Report Excellent Early Sales

MIAMI BEACH, Fla.—Graphics of the Americas and Xplor International today reported that the "who's who" of the document communications and graphic arts industry have already contracted exhibit space for the co-located event with Graphics of the Americas held February 3-5, 2006 in Miami Beach, Florida. Projected to be one of the most successful to date, the combined exhibit is expected to host over 500 exhibiting companies, cover 500,000 square feet of exhibit space and draw over 22,000-plus print providers, technical and creative professionals from around the world. With the addition of Xplor's well-known educational curricula, attendees can also choose from over 200 conference sessions, covering five primary categories including business development, document creation, production and distribution, as well as storage and retrieval topics. Xplor's conference begins on February 1, followed by the combined exhibit on February 3-5, 2006.

"Both the conference and exhibit provide an excellent introduction for Xplor's audience into the traditional print, composition and design markets," said Skip Henk, EDP, president, and CEO of Xplor International. In addition, the event gives Graphics of the Americas attendees the educational curriculum needed to become successful in the digital and variable-data markets."

To date, the combined event will be hosting some of the industry's leading equipment and solution providers, who have demonstrated early support for the co-located conference and exhibit. Exhibitor to date include Barr Systems, Case Paper Company, Cincom Systems, Duplo USA, Elixir Technologies, EMT International, Emtex Software, ExactBind, GMC Software, ISIS Papyrus, Kodak Versamark, MBO, Metavante, Mitsubishi Imaging, Muller-Martini, Nipson, Pitney Bowes, Digital IMS, Printsoft, Quark, Smart papers, Solimar Systems, Sun Chemical, Xeikon, and Xerox. Expanded Event Benefits All

The combined Graphics of the Americas and Xplor International event will provide exhibitors with access to a larger pool of international attendees, looking not only to learn, but also to experience technology "hands-on" on the vast exhibit floor. Attendees are expected to include executives, IT professionals, e-document decision makers, printers, business owners, managers and creative professionals from around the world. In addition, representation from a number of vertical markets is also expected including banking and financial services, insurance, service bureau, direct marketing, government, medical, manufacturing and utilities.
