INFO*FLEX 2009 To Debut TEST Education Pavilion

RONKONKOMA, N.Y.—This year INFO*FLEX 2009 will feature a new TEST (Technical Education Services Team) Education Pavilion at the FFTA's Annual Forum & INFO*FLEX Exhibition, to be held May 4-5 at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.

The pavilion, located on the show floor, will bring enhanced visibility to numerous schools offering degrees in flexo and package printing. It gives INFO*FLEX attendees the opportunity to meet with teachers and students to discuss curricula and internship/employment opportunities all in one centralized setting.

Consisting of 13 booths, the TEST Education Pavilion is comprised of the following educational institutions: Appalachian State University, California Polytechnic State University, Central Piedmont Community College, Clemson University, Dunwoody College of Technology, Fox Valley Technical College, Pennsylvania College of Technology, Phoenix Challenge Foundation, Ryerson University, University of Central Missouri, University of Wisconsin‐Stout, Vincennes University, and Western Michigan University.

About Forum 2009—“Navigating the Future of Flexo: Innovate. Educate. Communicate.”

Forum 2009 boasts nine sessions including Flexo ‘Round the World, Prepress, Emerging Trends, Flexo 101, FQC (Flexo Quality Consortium), Substrates, Inks, FIRST (Flexographic Image Reproduction Specifications and Tolerances), Faster and Better, and Sustainability.

Full Forum Registration rates are $895 for FTA Members and $1,795 for non-members until March 6. Printers, converters and consumer products companies receive a discounted rate of $545 for FTA Members and $1,095 for non-members. Those who register by the Early Bird deadline are automatically entered into a drawing to win one of three Garmin® GPS navigation systems.
