JEFFERSON, WI—Kendall Packaging Corporation has received a superior rating in its annual quality systems evaluation by the American Institute of Baking International (AIB), an organization that acts by protecting the safety of the food supply chain and delivering high value technical and educational programs. The award recognizes Kendall as fulfilling the requirements of AIB Consolidated Standards for Food-Contact Packaging Manufacturing Facilities.
Kendall Packaging’s superior rating indicates that the firm’s plants in Jefferson, Wisconsin and Pittsburg, Kansas meet food safety regulations and are committed to providing safe, high quality products to customers and consumers. All aspects of the firm’s operations were reviewed in the AIB evaluation including handling of raw materials, processing, finished products, shipping, and storage procedures.
