CHICAGO—Mesirow Financial, Inc. (www.mesirowfinancial.com) acted as exclusive financial advisor to Prime Graphics, Inc. (www.primegraphics.com), a Wood Dale, Ill.-based converter of flexible packaging solutions, in its sale to Kollman Label and Packaging Group, a printing and packaging holding company headquartered in Yardley, PA.
Founded in 1980, Prime Graphics is a printer and converter of graphically intensive flexible packaging solutions. The company offers high-visibility wraps, roll-fed labels, film laminations, pressure-sensitive labels, and shrink sleeves to consumer product companies. The company serves regional manufacturers and contract packagers within the food, beverage, personal care, household, medical, and private label markets. Kollman Label and Packaging Group is a holding company formed in 2008 to acquire printing and packaging companies that serve the food and personal care product industries.
