Online Registration Opens for Print 05 and Converting 05

April 2005
RESTON, Va.—Online registration for the upcoming international mega-event, PRINT 05 & CONVERTING 05 is officially operational, ready for visitors from around the globe to secure their registration for the event, announced Graphic Arts Show Company (GASC), the show's producer.

The event, to be held September 9 - 15, 2005 at McCormick Place Complex, Chicago, IL, will offer attendees the largest, most comprehensive array of working machinery, equipment and supplies for commercial, package printing and converting in the world this year.

Online registration offers attendees several benefits. Those registering online through the show's website, www.PRINT05.com will receive confirmation of their registration via electronic mail virtually instantly, allowing them to immediately begin planning other aspects of their travel to the event. Those aspects include international travel documents, hotel reservations, product searches, creation of individualized appointment schedules, calendars and contact lists, seminar selection, city sightseeing information and more, all of which can also be taken care of on the show's website at the same time.

"The fact that we've opened registration a full 6 months in advance of the event demonstrates our commitment to international and domestic attendees alike, allowing them adequate time to plan and make arrangements that will let them make the most of this huge international event," noted Regis, J. Delmontagne, President of GASC.

Those registering online will also gain the advantage of not having to stand in line on-site to register and receive their show badge, allowing them immediate admittance to the vast show floor full of technological innovation and communications solutions. Those registering before August 5th will receive their badges via U.S. postal mail in advance of the show.

Additionally, those registering before August 5th will also be able to take advantage of a nearly 35% discount on the registration rate.

"Online registration is the fastest, easiest way for attendees from anywhere on the globe to register for this event, and save themselves some time, effort and money as well," notes Chris Thiel, Vice President of GASC.

International attendees are urged to register early, to allow time to complete other arrangements for the required elements of international travel, including a current passport and potentially a visa for entry into the United States.

PRINT 05 & CONVERTING 05 is being held at McCormick Place, Chicago, IL More information on the event can be found at www.PRINT05.com.
