Hazen Paper Achieves Chain of Custody Certification

HOLYOKE, Mass.—Hazen Paper Company has achieved Chain of Custody tri-certification and is now able to supply converted paper and paperboards that are Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Certified, Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) Certified, and/or Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes (PEFC) Certified.

The certifications mean Hazen products and management systems meet or exceed the strict environmental criteria of three globally recognized organizations. The achievement aligns with Hazen’s long term commitment to protecting the environment. A diversified paper converter, the triple certifications position Hazen as a global leader behind sustainability.
