Cello-Pack Acquired by Trinity Packaging

ARMONK, NY—December 19, 2012—Trinity Packaging has announced that it has finalized the purchase of Cello-Pack Corp. of Buffalo, NY. The acquisition enables Trinity to further its expansion in 10-color flexographic printing, specialty films and lamination. This is a union of two-storied New York-based businesses with 160 years of bag manufacturing experience between them—Trinity was founded in 1917 and Cello-Pack in 1948. The specific details of the transaction will not be made public as both companies are privately held.

The purchase of Cello-Pack Corp. allows Trinity to increase its value-added offerings to its existing customer base while expanding on its current capabilities. Cello-Pack Corp. will become Cello-Pack Specialty Films and Lamination—A division of Trinity Packaging Corp.
