YORK Label Acquires LSK Label Co.

November 2006
OMAHA, Neb.—YORK Label, a manufacturer of pressure sensitive labels with locations in Omaha, Nebraska and York, Pennsylvania, announced today that it has acquired LSK Label Co. of El Dorado Hills, California. Founded in 1974, LSK is a label supplier to the wine, food, and beverage industries, and has undergone tremendous growth within the last three years.

YORK Label Chief Executive Officer Rich Egan said, “With the LSK acquisition, YORK has made great progress in reaching our goal of gaining geographic production coverage across the country. In addition, the LSK acquisition serves as a tremendous expansion within one of our core markets, the wine and spirits industry. Not only do we foresee improved service to our customers, but we also anticipate increased value creation based on the remarkable organic growth rates that LSK has achieved in the past.”
